Animal Soup Print
Details
What if, instead of noodles, your soup was filled with tiny animals?
Inspired by Asian cuisine and our love for playful illustrations, Animal Soup transforms a comforting bowl of soup into a whimsical little world. Rather than broth and noodles, the blue bowl is home to a grassy landscape where dozens of tiny hand-drawn animals gather together. Most of the characters are from our beloved A-SERIES, with a few surprise animal friends hidden throughout the illustration for you to discover.
The bowl itself is coloured in AO1's signature blue, resting on a soft grey placemat that ties the composition together with a calm, watercolor-inspired palette. To complete the food theme, we gave our iconic long-necked Giraffe a very important job, serving as a pair of chopsticks! Even the rising steam has its own personality, illustrated as three tiny smiling characters floating above the bowl.
In the bottom left corner, you'll find the Japanese text 「お米動物」, which translates to "Rice Animals." It's a playful nod to both the food-inspired theme and our A-SERIES stickers, whose smaller size reminds us of tiny grains of rice; little, adorable, and packed with personality.
Whether displayed on your desk, hung on a wall, clipped to a bulletin board, or placed on your fridge, Animal Soup adds a cozy and cheerful touch to any space while inviting you to look a little closer each time you see it.
